Course Overview
This course is a sequel to the Level 1 course. With knowledge about basic funnel nurturing concept and audience profiling, Level 2 course introduces participants to persona development for different types of audience, marketing mix review and integration, and customer journey mapping. The mastery of knowledge in these areas are useful for retargeting planning. Over the span of a continuous 300-minute session, the participants will learn and practice the taught skills through instructor-led activities. Courses will be taught in combination of lecture , demo and practice sessions. The knowledge and skills acquired in this course will be highly transferable to managing marketing activities in both offline and online environment.

By the end of the 300-minute course, participants will be able to tailor value creation and offer to a specific type of audience. Besides, the participants will also be agile to the changes in customer journey.
